Oh god, what a horrible experience I had dealing with these guys! I WILL SURELY NEVER do any business with them again. Asked them to give me a normal tracking number, not a false one. It took them 3 days to do it. Slow, but ok. I checked the tracking number, it said that I already got my order. Even though I didn't I called them again and said what was going on. They confirmed it and told me that they see the same information provided by a tracking information. How can this be? Of course, representatives didn't believe me, in short: they refused to help me. I honestly have no item here and have no idea where it is. Maybe it was lost on its way to my house? Terrible.
