I am Customer

My issue is I have bought 2 coach from freedom and they are damaged I am on waiting almost 16 weeks The shop contact you So yes I do want new coachs and a part refund as the freedom shop where I brought them have agreed to this I do not understand why is this taking so long? Please call me ASAP 045072**** Thank you Carrie
