I purchased a loveseat recliner #06171FAMQHW for a cost of $1, 077.48. I was told that the console for the loveseat was on back order but I should have it by 8/12/21. I agreed to wait. I have been contacted on 2 different occasions with a new date. why is it that the ones in the store have consoles in them, both here and SD. I am very disappointed in the service I have received.
