I am being blown off about reimbursement for a tow
I submitted a tow bill to Allstate Good Hands Roadside Assistance for reimbursement approximately 1/15/14 for a service dated 1/8/14. To date, 3 phone calls and 2 emails later I have neither received a return phone call or message, or my check! Each person I actually spoke with took my phone number and said they would look into this and return my call. The supervisor I spoke with today actually told me the place I submitted the tow bill to can't be reached by phone! I can honestly say that is the stupidest comment from someone in the customer service business I ever heard!
