Late at night around 10, I booked an Auto from Anand ENT Hospital, Sidhaputhur to my home at Anugraha gardens, Central Studio Road. I received a message that allotted Auto has reached my spot, but no one I found. When I called him, he refuses to pick me up. It was raining, late night and no other conveyance around. Ola driver's impolite words ridiculing me, a passenger, taking some other passenger and ASKING ME TO CANCEL MY BOOKING. I am disgusted. Ola should action against the irresponsible Auto driver.
