1) Elevator not working 3 years in a row during my stay at Royalton Blue Waters 2) Nosey Kids all night next to our rooms 3) Room was changed to a room with dirty walls, dirty bed skirt, old flat pillows, dip in the mattress. I call Travel Smart to only hear we apologize. I have 4 more years to pay for club fees via contract and I am FURIOUS NO COMPENSATION AFTER SPENDING OVER $2100 FOR 5 DAYS... PLUS ANNUEL MEMBER DUES.. $299.....PLUS OVER 1,800.00 MONTHLY PAYMENT FOR THE CONTRACT
