I WAS DEALING WITH MR. TYLER KNOWLES IN CA. THEY SENT ME THE E-SIGN PAPERWORK AND EMAILED HIM THAT MY WIFE AND I WERE VERY SICK AT THE TIME AND WOULD SEND IT AS SOON AS WE COULD. WHEN WE WENT TO DO THE PAPERWORK IT WAS GONE. I HAVE E-MAILED TYLER AND CALLED HIM NUMEROUS TIMES AND HIS SUPERVISOR MARK WITH NO RESULTS. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF MR. COOPER FOR TEN YEARS WITH A GOOD GOOD GOOD RECORD AND WHEN I ASKED FOR HELP I CANNOT GET IT. I AM A PISSSSSSSED CUSTOMER. THE NEXT CALL IS TO THE C.E.O.
