I am a newspaper delivery person and news journal keeps messing with my money and not paying me when I’m supposed to be paid I went four weeks without being paid and still having problems

Oh how to go for weeks without my first paycheck and then I had to go to weeks without a paycheck and now the invoice that I received said 700 and some dollars and they deducted $200 from it they also stated in the beginning of me working that I would get 500 a month for my bonus now its only $100 a month User's recommendation: That company to work for.
