I ordered some pills two and a half months ago from their online payment arm https://www.support-1.com. As I write this complaint this website is not working. The payment site is now https://secure-checkout-24x7.com. What a scam. Four weeks in I phoned support-1 about not getting my shipment. They said they would mail me a replacement order. Six weeks after that I'm still waiting for my order. Europharm is a total fraud. Do not buy anything from any website that has Europharm listed anywhere. The biggest frustration is not the lost money, but the waiting for something that will never arrive.
