HSA Horrible customer service

14 attempts to fix the ice maker and each one takes a 1/2 dozen phone calls and hours on hold. They have made multiple attempts to get out of things that were covered. They tried to replace my refrigerator door with a generic 1. They said according to the contract it doesn't have to be the same color or likeness! And believe me it's not
