HS review process?

Just received my first batch of items I ordered from HS. One, an artificial jellyfish aquarium, failed within a few minutes. I thought I’d log onto their website and write a review. But wait - there is no link or button for existing customers to log in. I call HS and rep says he thinks only way to log in is to put something in your cart and go to checkout! And, there is no link or way to review a product - what the heck? Apparently HS mysteriously sends out emails to solicit reviews. I’ve never heard of such a backwards company. They are stuck in the dark ages IMO...
