I wanted to talk to a representative about using travel bank money for a trip. They told me the wait was over 200 minutes. Why do you make it so difficult to talk to a person. I ended up paying for the trip, even though I could have used travel bank money if I had had help. User's recommendation: Make it easier to talk to a person.
