Housefull Wardrobe ordered but received duplicate

I had placed an order for 4 door HOUSEFUL WARDROBE from Mebelkart on 26th Jan 2016 and they delivered it to me on or after 25th Feb 2016 after calling them for more than 20 to 25 times. Order Id: [protected] When I opened the package, I came to know that it's not a HOUSEFUL BRAND WARDROBE and it was a Local manufacturer made wardrobe, which the supplier whom Mebelkart had placed the order had agreed that its not HOUSEFUL WARDROBE he also said that it's manufactured by him only. When I raised this issue upon knowing Mebelkart people didn't respond for my complaint and whenever I called their customer care, everytime there was a new executive and I explained my problem to almost 20 to 25 people amongst the Mebelkart executives but I had not clear solution. So, I have raised a dispute with my credit card bank saying that I have received a duplicate product, so now citi bank are also investigating the case. But, still Mebelkart are not responding. I have received a mail from Mebelkart yesterday saying that they cannot refund my money without any reasons. So, I would like to request you to take an immediate action against MEBELKART.
