Have an air leak on one of their trailers. Waited over 15 minutes to get through. Then the fun begins. Over 30 minutes waiting to have A MANAGER approve the fixing of the air leak. Finally had someone with attitude tell me the MANAGERS are busy so she will try to find service for me ? Been waiting over an hr ! Its an air leak should of had immediate dispatch because I dont care what one of the Im going to save the company 50 cents MANAGERS is going to tell me to check ! Its and air leak I need a mechanic to come and fix it !!!
