We checked in on friday 7/19/2019.Comfim number 81882ec024516. Upon arriving we were greeted well with the staff, but we were notifited that the elevator was out and that we would be having to use the stairwell. Thats where this gets bad. My 28 year old son is handicapped, stairs are not the best thing for him. We were successful getting him up, but with alot of anxiety. You see, the stairs were caution taped off as closed due to the floor being ripped out and there were no lights.The staff used flashlights and did the best they could. We were informed that the elevator would be fixed asap. So to my dismay the next day the same thing. This time my wife and son and myself had to use the unlit, nail protuding stairs yet again. There was foul smell throughout the halls and room. On the second floor there was mold growing in the ceiling . We were in room 223. I am requesting a full refund and a apology. Also the stairwells had a closed note (not to be used) and no lights. The staff did the best they could but as a company they should have never been put in this situation.
