Refused to warranty new product

Beverage cooler would not cool properly, after sending multiple service that attempted to repair it and failed. They claimed it was not a warranty items and would not replace it after beginning the process to ship a new one. Extremely rude and unprofessional and insulting upper management. Don’t Buy Didn’t work and NO Customer Service

Purchased a built in gas oven from them in November that was supposed to be delivered before Thanksgiving. Barely made it before Christmas but it didn’t work once installed by them. We have contacted them every few days and they have done NOTHING. They don;t return calls and keep setting up repairs with companies that won’t work... Read more➤
