From: Clarence Silver Subject: Deplorable Conditions in Room #106 Date: September 8, 2021 at 8:48:38 PM EDT To: Amber.[protected]@cisbrunswick.com Good day Amber Lewis,                                  I'm writing to report Room #106 is in an unacceptable condition for the money being charged. My family and I reserved a room from Country Inns and Suites website for a stay on August 14, 2021. The pics on the sight for your location were very acceptable, so I booked. We were traveling from Philadelphia, Pa. to Disneyworld, Orlando Florida. Traffic in all of Virginia was the worst I've ever been and it took 5 hours to drive through that state. We didn't arrive at your location until after 1:00 am after driving from 6:00 am that day. Well, after checking in and entering room #106 we couldn't believe the condition of that room. Being extremely exhausted I did not feel like arguing with front desk about another room, if one was even available at that time of night. Most of the furniture was old and very worn. The beds were okay. Desk light had no shade on it just a bare light bulb. Bathroom had fixtures in tub and sink that were worn and very rusted. Missing pieces of tub lining in spots and the dirty grout is indicating that a good cleaning isn't being done. But here's the cherry on the sundae, next morning we went use shower and discovered there were only 2 towels. Went to front desk and requested 2 more towels, and was told there were none available at all. This was 9:00 am and upon looking at the carts in hallway from staff cleaning rooms, and there were none on carts either. Staff member said she was waiting on laundry for some. We all left without showering. Now if this room charge for the night was $75 I could almost understand why a room would be rented in this condition, but for $150 is totally unacceptable. I used my points for payment and would like to have them re-instated. I see your location is independently owned and operated from Radisson and maybe corporate doesen't set standards, but as a business You or owner must have standards of your own to operate by? If corporate allows these kind of conditions to exist, representing them, I'm deeply disappointed and will never use your hotels again. I've stayed in other Radisson hotels and all were very acceptable. The review I give for this hotel and conditions I hope will alert future guests from staying in these conditions for the money you're charging.
