Hotel double charged me and I still havent’r received a refund

Stayed at Wyndam tryp NYC hotel back in May. I discovered during check out that hotel and charge me the price of a one night stay in addition to what i paid through Priceline. Hotel have continued to lie and say that they have refunded the amount. To date I still have no refund from this lousy hotel. User's recommendation: DO NOT STAY AT THIS hOTEL.
