He is charging me a cleaning fee for dust already in car and under a mat in the car. This was here before I used the car. Also says the car is dusty overall and charging me the fee when normal wear and tear from shoes get in car. Seems very unreasonable. User's recommendation: Beware that the driver has other negative reviews with similar issues as well and make your own decision.
