HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE – CHARGED FOR CANCELLED ORDER AND CAN’T GET HOLD OF ANY REPRESENTATIVES

I was charged for a cancelled order and have been attempting to get this refunded for weeks now. I have reached out via email, online chat and phone numerous times (more than 5 times in a few weeks). Each time, someone says they will look into the issue and then disconnects or disappears. User's recommendation: Don't buy from Saks 5th, unless you can afford to spend $$ on zero product.
