Horrid Customer Service for less than sub par and overpriced internet and cable.

Long story short, in 5 years of having Spectrum they have been to my home no less than 6 or 7 times a year. No exaggeration. Same issues, cant get a tech out for 2 to 3 days. Customer service reads from a script and doesnt listen to anything you tell them. Ive literally never experienced such poor customer service. They need some serious ChikFilA training. Im done with them. Moving on. User's recommendation: Use ANY OTHER PROVIDER.
