Why does it take over a month for a pre d for a crown lengthening when I am in pain and my current crown is hanging on for dear life. Hopefully I don't have an infection either as I just had to reschedule my procedure ONCE again because my pre d is not complete. Maybe you should hire more people or take EMERGENT pre d's first!!!! Every time I call customer service to see if it's complete I just get a song & dance and yet I complain every time that I' m in pain and bleeding. I just made sure to tell my husband if something happens to me with an infection to make sure you are liable!!!
