Horrible service resolution

My internet and home phone service has been out for 8 days. Every time I call I am on the line for at least 20 minutes before they say there is an outage in the area and it will be resolved in 24 hours. I am currently running internet and my internet based television service off of my hotspot so they are still making money while I am super frustrated. I live in a small town with few options.
