Horrible service all around exept at store

Ordered a 3k sectional..I got the insurance on all the pieces of furniture. Fast forward a few months after good care and one section stained..no biggie, called insurance and they approved replacement of component. 4 months later I am still waiting on Rooms to go to honor the insurance and replace my piece. Nobody at customer service seems to know what is the hold up..They never have an answer. User's recommendation: Purchase elsewhere..customer service sucks, the whole company sucks..last time I purchase from this company.
