Horrible “Service”

The Wi-Fi went out in my 2021 vehicle less than a month after purchase. I have been paying for the past 3 years for Wi-Fi in a Chevy and this is beyond the pale. Today I spent over an hour and the issue still isn't resolved. I was passed around to several people; each asking me the same questions: Name, phone number, passcode.. Seriously! The last guy simply hung up, never to be heard from again. User's recommendation: Buy a vehicle that does not require OnStar.
