Horrible return policy

After our second purchase of a Bissell carpet shampooer Model 2160 we contacted Bissell for the first time they asked us to send a photo of the model and serial number, this has been ongoing since June11th. Both of the shampooers failed to start. We have had many emails but no results, first of all there is a difficulty understanding the agents , then they keep insisting I send a photo instead of allowing me to give them the information needed, do they think I went to a store and copied the numbers. this has been the very worst return attempt I have ever had, so much so that I will NEVER purchase another Bissell productDon' User's recommendation: Don't buy Bissell.
