Horrible replace experience

I lost my device and had to replace it, it's been two days and I am without a phone, Boost mobile told me I will have to pay $179.00 for the same device. Brightstar told me I did not pay for my protection plan for that month, Boost Mobile said not true, I am in good standing, I was a day late buy my service it up and running and so is my payment for the insurance. I was told to change carriers and they would give me a free phone and to dump both Boost and Brightstar. They User's recommendation: Make sure if you are paying for added insurance ask if it is Brightstar and don't pay it. They also charge $57-$100 for a replacement.
