Horrible Mortgage Servicing

My mortgage was transferred to flagstar bank 3 months ago. I do all of my payments online and automate them whenever possib;e. Flagstars system will not let you set up autopay after you have made a payment and it has posted and the next one is due. My May payment did not register with their system. When I logged in to make my June Payment it showed that the May payment was due. So I payed the May Payment. Now it wont let me make my June payment which is due today. I called them to see if I could make the payment over the phone, they told me that I could not and would have to wait until the May payment posted. To top it off, since it was 31 days since the May payment was due, they are going to make a delinquent report to the credit bureaus. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK. I CAN ONLY IMAGINE THAT THEY USE AN ABACUS TO TRACK THEIR MORTAGES.
