Back in November we had our bathroom "rebathed". It was the worst experience EVER! I would not recommend this company to anybody. The "supervisor" dropped the sink on his workers head and the worker proceeded to complain about pain and not feeling well. Two days after the work was performed we had a MASSIVE plumbing issue. Which was not a coincidence as we had not had an issue prior to the work being performed. This resulted in contacting the supervisor of Rebath and insisting they send a plumber out on their dime. Well the plumber showed up but it wasn't on their dime. The entire situation went from bad to worse. During this time photos were taken of the mess that was left behind of shoddy work. We had *** left in our hallway where they had hit it with their equipment and MANY chunks taken out of the bathroom cupboards, boot marks left in the "rebathed" tub that we were unable to get out and the bathroom door was not put back on properly after they had taken it off. It was put back on *** Rebath sent one of their painters out who spent the entire day working on trying to fix the damage that was left to the bathroom. A stop payment was done on the check and we then received threat that they would put a lien on the house for doing so. Never once did a Manager come out to the house to see in person the mess that was left by the so called Rebath crew. To this day the bathtub is dull, has bleach marks left where the second worker put some sort of bleach on the boot marks and there is a patch on the hallway wall. NEVER hire Rebath to do work in your home. You will not be happy with the work. Go to someone else who knows what they are doing and has the professionalism to want to make the customer happy. This team does not have experience in customer service and only cares about taking hard earned money from people
