The worse customer service I have ever received in my entire life ( by the owner). The hotel is nasty, and you must way for a long lit me to be assisted, there is no clerk, keys don't work, and you must be back and forth to the front desk to demagnetize them. Rooms are the nastiest, full of marijuana smell and cigarettes. The hotel is located in a privilege location, but thats the only pros it has. Be careful when you book in this hotel, it is better to pay a little bit more in another one (close to this location), than to stay a single night there. Quality Inn 2945 Lawrenceville Suwanee GA 30024. User's recommendation: Don’t go there.
