Became a member in 2015. They made too many promises to count including telling us that we could save all vacations until our retirement and use them then! Nothing they ever said was truthful and now we have been paying into this "vacation club" for years and have only taken 1 vacation. These vacations are so much more expensive booking through this "vacation club" then purchasing independently. I sit on the phone for hours to make reservations and each time we call we get a different agent who quotes us a different price for the same trip! We were told we only receive points on even years, then suddenly it changed to odd years. But no one can ever tell us exactly how many points we have available??? This is the most insane vacation club I have ever witnessed and I truly got duped by ever signing up. Is their a way to cancel and get a refund because I am done!
