Dear Fetchr It is the 1st time i deal with you and it was a complete disaster.. I am filling an official complaint againt one of your staff named Ola and she refused to give her family name.. she is rude impolite and threatened clients.. in addition she hanged over the phone while i am speaking.. i need an immediate response from your end otherwise i would need to go to Consumer protection entity as you are holding my credit card and didnt respect the time of delivery..
