Horrible customer service on returns
I made four separate phone calls and was on hold for over two hours today trying to simply get a shipping label sent to me for a return on four pairs of shoes. After providing my phone number and two separate email addresses so that we did not lose contact with one another, the agent managed to disconnect our call and I have not heard a word since. Horrible customer service. Never again! I cannot even give this a one star rating on any level. User's recommendation: Don’t even consider shoes.com as an option.
