HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NO PRODUCT RECEIVED

Ordered my kit April 6th. Here we are 4/29, It is stated as STILL in their warehouse awaiting USPS. It has not been shipped. Either they are bogus and taking customer money, or they are stock piling orders, taking money and not shipping. I have NEVER dealt with such horrible customer service. Do not order from them...huge scam! I understand we are in a pandemic but that is NO excuse for not shipping orders. User's recommendation: BOGUS and SCAM.
