NWant to close an account but instead sitting watching 3 people in their offices ignoring us. 4 customers waiting. 2 come in the door and walk right in to an office and get service. We were told they work on their computers. WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE????? I'm a long time customer and thinking of closing ALL MY ACCOUNTS! 6 of them. It's too competitive to stay here It's too compatible User's recommendation: No way.
