Horrible customer service and website

Update by user May 04, 2021 3 contacts, no resolution Original review posted by user May 04, 2021 I tried to call Macy's customer service (account help) and I get people I cannot understand a word they are saying, when I email through their website, their 'secure' system makes it almost impossible to see the reply, plus the person responding seems almost like they are giving prepared statements. I am so tired of their 'unAmerican' business practices. User's recommendation: shop elsewhere.
