Horrible Customer Service and Unrealistic Expectations

I placed an order for a sofa chase at the location in Maple Shade New Jersey. My sales rep did not mention that it was not in stock until I got up to the register. I was informed that I would receive a phone call within a day or two to let me know when the product would be in stock expecting about 4-6 weeks. I never received a call. I called several times before I was able to reach an in store representative. She stated she had no other help and that is why no one ever called me. She then told me the furniture would be in stock by the first week of October. I called today- October 1. I could not reach the store but I was able to reach a customer service rep from the warehouse. She then told me that it would not be in stock until the end of October but could not give me a date or idea when I should be expecting a couch. I am infuriated as I am now without my living room furniture for weeks. I was misinformed and very unhappy with the lack of customer service and will now have to sit on my living room floor for the next month.
