Horrible customer service and communication

I got my sons eye glasses at Target Optical Waterford, Connecticut on August 13th. A staff told me that it will be ready in 3 weeks which has been. I have never heard from them for 3 weeks, so I called them to ask if it is ready to picked up. I called 3 times and left them voice messages but no one got back to me. Today is September 15th. It has been more than a month. No one answered the direct phone nor let me left a voice message. What a horrible customer communication and such a lack of customer service! User's recommendation: Find other places where they know how to communicate with their customers.
