Horrible customer service and appliance

$2000 refrigerator is only 2 months old and will not cool or freeze. Lost all of my food and now being told I have to wait 6 days for an appointment for someone to look at repairing. I live in Georgia where the temp is 90. How can I be expected to go without food or drink for 6 days? Just NOT ACCEPTABLE. WILL NEVER PURCHASE A WHIRLPOOL AGAIN. User's recommendation: DO NOT PRUCHASE WHIRLPOOL.
