HORRIBLE customer service. Delivery date came and went. I was called to set up a time, which also came and went. No calls, just 2 missed delivery days in a row. I called and was treated horribly by the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with at any business! (Teresa). I requested a supervisor which she said "you'll just have to wait, you're calling too early!" I have now been on hold for over 40min User's recommendation: DO NO USE THIS COMPANY.
