What a horrible experience at the Lexington, KY holiday inn express. The staff was so rude, sat outside smoking the entire time we were there. The room was disgusting! Looking like housekeeping had not been there since the last guests left! It was so rough we cut our trip short and checked out a day early. The hotel would not approve a refund for the night not stayed, just awful. We travel frequently for work and really wanted to enjoy this hotel but did not!
