Horrible, clueless customer service
I just got switched to BriovaRx for my specialty medications. A completely separate but mitigating issue is that after 20 years of successful kidney transplant on a brand medication, I'm being forced to switch to the generic since UHC won't cover the brand. We'll see how that goes. There's a reason my transplant team never wanted to switch me, we'll see if it was a good one. It took at least three different calls to get the medication shipped. The second call resulted in my giving payment, shipping, everything they wanted, talking to a pharmacist, etc. Had they shipped the medication after that call I would have had it on time. Instead, the next day, the day on which it should have shipped, I get another call saying they need more information, which amounted to confirming information I had given them the day before. As a result, the medication has shipped a day too late for me to have it for a weekend trip, which I will now have to cut short so that I can come home and get my meds. I wonder how many patients they've killed with this behavior?
