Hello, I am having a similar issue! I thought I had a full coverage warranty on my Mercedes which I paid $3600 for and when I went to have my car serviced, Mercedes said the warranty provider said I didn’t have a warranty because the dealer never paid them or put in the paperwork. (And dealer went out of business- not my problem since I financed everything)! I have filed a complaint the last 4 times with customer service, never got ANY response, I called dealer services and the lady there was rude and said she couldn’t help me, and I’ve sent 3 emails to dealer services prior, and no one has responded! So NOW after the 4th attempt to file another complaint/follow up with customer service and being hung up on, I will be having my attorney send a letter to the office of the president.... for Christmas ! If I need to go on the news I will do that too! They WILL be paying me my money PLUS interest! This is absolutely ridiculous. I guess this is a pattern with them. Angela G
