Horrible and I’m out of money

Tried to call for over a week to change flight. On hold for hours never getting a person. Did what I could on my own. only choice on website was cancel and rebook what I needed. Haven't even left for my trip and I'm crying and have lost almost $1000. Horrible, never again will I use this service! SWV blames SWA... and SWA blames SWV. They basically told me be happy with flight credit... are you serious! But who cares about the customer...I guess no one at these companies!!
