i bought a hoover power dash pet carpet cleaner. used it one time, started to use it again a couple months later and nothing. wont even turn on. Can i take it back to walmart or do i need to send it there? so disappointed. this is the 1st carpet cleaner ive had that was light weighted enough that i could use. what can i do?
