FYI, my contract ended on February and I've thinking to terminate your service. Yet u offered me the 100mbps with 30mbps price. Wonderful offer! But your service sucks ever since I accepted the offer. Please improve your service! Can u imagine, from 100mbps, I've got just 18 Mbps? And yes, I've done the resetting process. Unfortunately, the situation occurs every month!!! Please consider this matter ASAP.
