3 Feb 2015 purchased a Swimpure 25K Gal Salt Generator. 3- Year warranty. $1,152.19. 7 service calls the computer box showed constant issues. July 2017 the Hayward TurboCell was replaced. The cell takes the salt in the water and produces a constant level of chlorine. If the cell is bad the pool has problems. On the 3rd service call March 2018, I was informed the cell was bad. This cell was 9 months old. I am told 2 days later the system is under warranty, not the part. Look on P a P website you will find the replacement cell has a 3 year warranty. Only if it’s purchased. If it’s replaced, no warrant. Shame on you Pinch A Penny. You lost all my business. Consumers, there are alternative companies to them. They take money and do not stand behind their products.
