Hold forever trying to get new service.

Horrible experience. We WERE trying to get fiber optic for a business account along with 2 phone lines. Not only was the agent uninvolved, he had an attitude, and put me on hold for over 2 hours without telling me a word. We're going with ATT now, and had MUCh better support. What a joke. User's recommendation: Switch to a different service.
