I purchased a pair of progressives from LensCrafters in March 2020 for $650 based on what they told me about the lenses being better progressives than others. In fact they werent much better so decided I wouldnt buy these again. That said $50 of that purchase was a guarantee on the glasses should they malfunction. Well December 2020 the frames started separating from the lenses so I took them in to be repaired. All you have to do is give us $25 more and well fix them for you. You have to be kidding me. Never again.... User's recommendation: High cost, low quality.
