Got you letter about the Essential plan. Called to let you know we didn't want it. Man on the phone tried 5 times after I told him I didn't want it. I Finally just hung up not 5 minutes later he called ME. I wound up hanging up again I do not appreciate HIGH PRESSURE sales. If this is how you intend to do business let me know and I will happily cancel my service. Account #137-58*-*** User's recommendation: Think seriously before signing on.
